Unauthorized Late Check-Out: If no prior arrangements are made and check-out is delayed beyond 10:00 AM, a fee of $40 per hour may apply.

Cancellation

We prioritize flexibility and guest satisfaction. Our refund policy is as follows:
Full Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
7+ Days Before Check-In: Receive a full refund, excluding service fees.
3-7 Days Before Check-In: Receive a 50% refund.
Within 3 Days of Check-In: Non-refundable.
For significant issues during your stay (e.g., cleanliness, inaccurate listing, or unavailable amenities), you may request a refund within 24 hours of check-in with supporting evidence.
