• Property listing creation and optimization.

• Guest communication and bookings.

• Financial reporting and disbursements.

• Property styling and maintenance coordination.

2.2 The scope of services will be outlined in a separate agreement or contract.

3.1 You agree to provide accurate property details and grant us necessary access to manage the property effectively.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining compliance with local regulations, including licensing, taxes, and safety standards.

3.3 You shall maintain appropriate insurance coverage for your property.

4.1 Management fees and payment schedules are detailed in your service agreement.

4.2 Additional costs for property maintenance, repairs, or other agreed-upon expenses will be billed separately.

4.3 Payments are to be made within the time frame specified in the invoice.

5.1 We will act as an intermediary between you and guests to facilitate bookings and manage communications.

5.2 Guest cancellations and refunds will be managed per the platform’s policies unless otherwise agreed upon.

6.1 We will exercise due diligence in managing your property but are not liable for:

Loss or damage caused by guests.

Force majeure events such as natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.

6.2 You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims arising from your property’s rental.

7.1 We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. For details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

7.2 Any confidential information shared will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.

8.1 We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be communicated via email or our website.

8.2 Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
